Elected to the Executive Committee in March 2022. Mr Gautam is serving as the Secretary General of the Federal Parliament of Nepal since 2020. He has experience of parliamentary business and legislative functions for 27 years. His area of interest is to learning constitutional issues and parliamentary practices. He has also a growing interest of post legislative scrutiny, i.e. assessment of implementation of the laws passed by Parliament. He is further interested to engage in the areas of comparative parliamentary research and studies.
