György Such obtained a university degree in economics at the faculty of finance in Budapest, in 1984.

He started his career as researcher, then from 1990 he worked for 15 years in several fields of the media as editor and manager.

In 2006 he was elected by consensus to the President of the public radio broadcasting company (Hungarian Radio Inc.). During his 4-year-term he considerably changed the programme and organisational structure of the institution and transformed it to a stable corporation with a healthy financial base.

Since 1 January, 2013 he is the Director General of the Hungarian National Assembly.

He joined the ASGP in October 2013.
